01Agreeing to these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Ezeron Tech website (the “Website”) and to any enquiry you make through it. Ezeron Tech (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a technology company that provides technology services to clients and builds its own digital products.
By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
02Our services
We design and develop technology solutions in these areas: web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, custom software development, AI solutions and business automation.
What the Website says about our services is general information. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any project are agreed with you in a written quotation or agreement before work begins. Those project terms apply to the project alongside these terms.
03Pricing
Prices on the Website, such as the “From” amounts on the Pricing page, are starting points and not fixed quotes. The final cost depends on scope, features, integrations, timeline and complexity, and is confirmed in your quotation.
04Enquiries and starting a project
The Contact and Start a Project forms prepare a message in WhatsApp using the details you enter. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send that message yourself.
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to work together. A project begins only once we both agree to its terms.
05Our products: Wave and Tera
Wave and Tera are products we are building ourselves and they are currently in development. Tera is not yet live. Descriptions of these products on the Website are for information only. Features, availability and licensing may change, and nothing on the Website is an offer to supply them. Separate terms will apply when a product is released.
06Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including text, design, code, logos and the names Ezeron Tech, Wave, Tera and Stream, belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission, except for ordinary personal viewing and sharing a link to the Website.
Ownership of the work we produce for a client, and of materials a client gives us, is set out in the agreement for that project.
07Portfolio and third-party material
Projects shown on the Work page are shown to demonstrate our work. Project names, brands and logos belong to their respective owners. Some images on the Website come from third parties and remain the property of their owners.
08Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Website to break the law, to attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, to copy it in bulk by automated means, or to impersonate any person or organisation.
09Third-party links and services
The Website links to or relies on services we do not control, including WhatsApp and Google Fonts. We are not responsible for those services or their content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
10Disclaimer
We work to keep the Website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date, and information on it may change without notice.
11Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
